How to Complete Your Gantt Chart?

For the DREAM 4 Health full application stage, applicants must complete the Gantt Chart under Section 10: Timetable and Milestones in the SEA DREAM Application Portal.

You may use the provided template or your own Gantt Chart format. The chart should outline key milestones and activities across the project’s five-year timeline.

How to use the (optional) template?

Field Name Description
Proposal Title Enter your proposal title as stated in the grant proposal.
Application ID Number Enter the application ID number (ie. IA-0000000xxx) from your award letter or grant agreement.
Lead Organisation Enter the name of the consortium's lead organisation.
Start Period (mm/yyyy) Double click the cell and choose the project start month from the pop-up calendar as specified in the grant agreement
Duration (#months) Enter the number of months (whole number only without text) that the project will be implemented (e.g., enter 48 for a 4-year project)
Note
  • After entering the Start Period and Duration, month columns will automatically generate.
  • Mark "x" for planned milestone completion
  • The pink vertical line indicates the current month and updates over time.
Milestone Enter the key milestones (high-level output) that you are planning to achieve.
Key Activities Key activities are the major research activities, tasks or workstreams that drive the programme and align directly with the milestones

Submission

Once completed, upload your Gantt Chart to the SEA DREAM Application Portal under Section 10: Timetable and Milestones as part of your full application. File size must not exceed 2MB.

Note: You may use colour coding to differentiate workstreams or partners, but ensure all milestones and activities are clearly labelled.
